Are you frustrated and worried when volunteers leave your program and
you don’t really know why?
Do you suspect that if you could manage volunteers more efficiently your

lifecycle; and what to do at each stage to strengthen your program and
increase your impact.

Leaders Eat Last The philosophy of servant leadership for your volunteer program.
As a volunteer manager, your work is to create an environment where people can perform at their very best. When all the individuals are working together at their peak performance is when teams and organizations move from good to great. Servant leadership provides a framework for how volunteer leaders can seek to maximize the volunteers impact on their organization’s mission.
