In this interactive class, we will cover the five elements of an effective
volunteer program: recruiting, training, managing, program review and
appreciation.
This is a hands-on workshop where you will be taking a close look at your
own program and coming up with ways to make it better.

a definite lifecycle. By understanding it, and putting thought into how it’s
managed, you can dramatically increase the impact that volunteers can
have in your program.
In this interactive class, we will cover the specific stages in the volunteer
lifecycle; and what to do at each stage to strengthen your program and
increase your impact.
This is a hands-on workshop where you will be taking a close look at your
own program and how you work with volunteers.
